What do we do?

Class format:

Our classes are a combination of everything. We always vary the workout and will include exercises in step aerobics, cardio kickboxing, weight training for the upper and lower body and more.


Each Fitness Challenge class is limited to only 10 students.

Registration is required and should be done early to reserve a spot.



What if I canít keep up?

Sure you can!

The class is designed to give everyone the hardest, most productive workout possible.

But all at your own level.

You can keep up!
