Our "In-Class" Training Session will be designed to give our "Fighting 40" Students the best overall Martial Art's workout. Complete with Sport, Discipline and Fitness.

Classes will be constructed with all ranks in mind and will give time to individual rank requirements, team training and more.

Each week we will leave some remaining time to address personal thoughts, ideas and suggestions. Suggestions must be submitted in advance for us to work on them in class.
